Terms of use
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These terms set the basic rules for using PodQuickly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using the service
PodQuickly helps you turn uploaded documents into AI-generated podcast-style audio and transcripts. You must provide accurate account information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Your content and permissions
You are responsible for the documents, prompts, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process that content. Do not use PodQuickly to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or confidential material unless you are authorized to do so.
AI-generated output
Generated audio and transcripts may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations. Review output before relying on it for academic, professional, medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions.
Plans and billing
Paid plans, when selected, are billed through our payment provider and are subject to the plan details shown at checkout. You are responsible for applicable charges, taxes, and maintaining a valid payment method. You can manage an active subscription through the Billing page.
Availability and account access
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, improve, or protect the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for PodQuickly or others.
